Jerk Blocks

Made in Poland, wooden snatch blocks ensure craftsmanship and stability during use. The set consisting of 8 blocks can reach a maximum height of 90 cm. Internal, reinforced construction and matched tabs ensure an equal and safe positioning and durability of the product.

The snatch boxes were mainly used in Olympic biathlon and strength training. Thanks to their use, athletes can focus on improving the technique without additional involvement while lifting the weight to a higher position.

Thanks to the different size of individual boxes, there is a lot of possibilities to set the right height.
