The BASIC wall-mounted rig from the Home series has two steel vertical posts with holes for setting any height of hooks, a crossbar connecting the posts and four short crossbars for wall mounting. In addition, the set is complemented by a flat bench, thanks to which you can increase the number of possible exercises, such as barbell press lying down. The goal of this project was to create a more space-efficient, wall-mounted version of our standard designs. It's great for your home gym or personal training studio. The set includes:
